12. Reasons an Order May Be Limited or Cancelled

An order may be limited, delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, payment failure or reversal, suspected fraud, incomplete customer information, shipping restrictions, address-verification issues, excessive quantities, suspected resale activity, promotion abuse, Terms violations, supplier limitations, or events beyond our reasonable control.

When an order is cancelled after payment has been captured, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method. Refund timing is determined by the payment provider or financial institution.

13. Product Availability

Products displayed on the website may become unavailable at any time. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. Inventory is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and processed.

We may cancel an unavailable item, cancel the entire order, ship available items separately, offer an alternative when appropriate, or issue a refund for an unavailable item. We will not substitute a materially different product without customer approval unless the product page clearly permits equivalent substitutions.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, product availability, address problems, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, and events outside our reasonable control. When we are unable to ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by applicable law.

17. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including recipient name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, ZIP code, and telephone number.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible address supplied by the customer. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted.

18. Delivery and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer as provided by applicable law and the selected shipping arrangement. A carrier's tracking information may be used as evidence of shipment and delivery.

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, promptly check the delivery area, check with household members or neighbors, contact the carrier, and contact AMS Trading Co. Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered packages must be submitted within the period stated in our Shipping or Return Policy.

19. Split Shipments

Items from the same order may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations. You may receive multiple packages, tracking numbers, and delivery dates. A split shipment does not necessarily mean that items are missing from the order.

20. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Before returning a product, customers must follow the instructions in that policy and obtain authorization when required.

Returned products may be rejected when they are used, opened, altered, damaged, contaminated, incomplete, returned outside the permitted period, missing original packaging, non-returnable for health, hygiene, food-safety, hazardous-material, clearance, or regulatory reasons, not purchased from AMS Trading Co, or returned without required authorization.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

21. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, leaking, expired, or incorrect, contact us within the claim period stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Please retain the product, original packaging, shipping carton, labels, packing materials, and photographs showing the issue. Failure to retain the product or provide reasonable evidence may affect our ability to approve a refund, replacement, carrier claim, or other resolution.

22. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Contact us before filing a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Filing a knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent payment dispute is prohibited.

We may provide payment providers with order confirmation, billing and shipping information, website acceptance records, customer communications, delivery confirmation, tracking information, account activity, and return-policy records. Nothing in this section limits a customer's lawful rights to dispute unauthorized or incorrect charges.
