Send Us a Message

Please complete the contact form with your full name, email address, subject, and message. If your inquiry is about an order, shipping, return, or refund, include your order number and any relevant product details.

When reporting a damaged, defective, leaking, expired, incomplete, or incorrect product, include clear photographs if available. If the form does not support file upload, email the photographs to info@amseshop.com with your order number.

Order and Return Questions

For faster assistance with an order or return, please provide:

  • Email address used at checkout
  • Product name
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs when applicable

Do not send complete payment-card numbers, account passwords, Social Security numbers, government identification documents, or other highly sensitive information through the contact form or by email.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If an order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete, expired, or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please keep the product, manufacturer packaging, shipping carton, shipping label, and packing materials. Include clear photographs of the product and packaging with your message. Do not discard or return the item until our team provides instructions.

Return Requests

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Refund and Return Policy.

Before sending a return, contact info@amseshop.com or call (575) 242-8221 to request authorization and return instructions. Products sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may not qualify for a refund.

Business and Bulk Orders

AMS Trading Co serves households, offices, schools, facilities, maintenance teams, and business buyers.

For business or bulk-purchase inquiries, include:

  • Company or organization name
  • Product names or links
  • Estimated quantities
  • Required delivery location
  • Requested delivery timeframe
  • Tax-exemption information, when applicable

Privacy Requests

To submit a request regarding your personal information, email info@amseshop.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.

Important Notice

Our New Mexico address is our registered business address only and is not presented as a public retail storefront.

Our New Jersey address is our warehouse fulfillment center address and may accept authorized returns only after AMS Trading Co provides written return instructions for your specific request.

Do not mail products, payments, documents, or other materials to any address unless AMS Trading Co has provided written instructions. Packages sent without authorization may be refused or may not be processed.
