How to Track Your Order

Use the tracking form on this page to look up your order status. For best results, enter the exact order ID and billing email address used during checkout.

• Find your order ID in your confirmation email.
• Enter the billing email used at checkout.
• Click Track to view available order status details.
• Contact support if your order information does not appear.

Where to Find Your Order ID

Your order ID appears in the email confirmation sent after checkout. It may also appear on your receipt or account order history if you created an account.

If you cannot find your order ID, email info@amseshop.com with your full name, billing email, and any product details that may help us locate your order.

Shipping and Delivery Notes

Some orders may ship in more than one package or from more than one fulfillment location. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive separate tracking updates or delivery dates.

Please allow time for carrier tracking to update after a shipping label is created.
